We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Labeling Coordinator to support
labeling, engraving, and packaging tasks across active job sites. This role focuses on
producing, organizing, and tracking labeling materials used in field operations and
project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labeling & Engraving
    • Create lamacoid submittals and label files
    • Print, engrave, and organize labels, tags, and barcode materials
    • Maintain project labeling records and photos
    • Ensure labeling accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Packaging & Project Support
    • Prepare and coordinate labeling, packaging, and project deliverables for field teams and MV specialists
    • Handle field requests for labels, tags, trench cards, and related materials
  • Procurement & Inventory
    • Order labels, acrylic sheets, packaging materials, and consumables
    • Track inventory of toner, paper, office supplies, and production materials
    • Obtain material quotes and ensure specification compliance
  • Tracking & Coordination
    • Track deliverables and project progress through Smartsheet
    • Maintain organized project records and submittals
    • Communicate with multiple active job sites and support multiple concurrent projects
  • Equipment & Quality Control
    • Operate and maintain engraving equipment and printers
    • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
    • Troubleshoot production, packaging, and documentation issues

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or administrative support preferred
  • Experience with engraving machines or printer/copier equipment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, EZ Mark, Google Sheets, LightBurn, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, Epilog, and CorelDRAW preferred

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Electrical knowledge preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills
