Description
  • Collect, label, and prepare samples of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for testing and analysis.

  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Support Research & Development (R&D) with experimental testing, data collection, and method development.

  • Utilize chemical techniques such as distillation, chromatography, and other extraction methods in the production and testing of cannabis oils and related products.

  • Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and production equipment in accordance with established maintenance schedules.

  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist in corrective actions as needed.

  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks to verify that products meet company, safety, and regulatory standards, in alignment with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Document and investigate deviations, nonconformities, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of testing, results, and anomalies to ensure data integrity and full traceability.

  • Handle chemicals, reagents, and biological materials safely and manage waste disposal in accordance with safety and environmental protocols.
