Permanent Physician – Oncology

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician – Oncology
Location: Oregon.
Shift: 8 hour days + on call

Position Details:
  • Patient Population: Adult hematology and oncology patients
  • Setting: Outpatient free-standing cancer center
  • Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic visits, infusion collaboration, shared call coverage, multidisciplinary cancer care
  • Required Procedures: Medical Oncology and/or Hematology management
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Support Staff: Nurse infusion team, onsite pharmacy, nurse navigation, radiation oncology onsite
  • Days Per Month: Full-time or Part-time schedule
  • On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 call rotation including one weekend (primarily critical lab calls)

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
  • Oregon license (or willing to obtain)
  • BLS and DEA (or able to obtain)
  • Clean malpractice history with NPDB Self Query Report
