Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Required Skillset: SCRUB EXPERIENCE, Circulate IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures

Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate. For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

Unit/Facility Details: Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: As needed - due to call Holidays: As needed - due to call On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time

Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department

12 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
