Job description

We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable Early Learning Assistant to support our young students (ages 3–10) in building strong foundational skills in math and reading.
Location:
Kumon of Palma Ceia – Tampa, FL (33629)
Schedule:
  •  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM 
 Responsibilities:
  •  Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade) 
  •  Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition 
  •  Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation 
  •  Encourage focus, independence, and confidence 
  •  Assist with classroom organization and student flow

  •  Enjoy working with young children 
  •  Patient, energetic, and attentive 
  •  Strong communication skills 
  •  Reliable and punctual (arrives a few minutes early) 
  •  High school student (16+) or college student preferred
