Compensation:

  • $28–$35 per hour

  • Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support center staff, including employees, while maintaining clear expectations

  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, and address concerns professionally

  • Meet with prospective families and explain the value of the Kumon program in a warm, consultative manner

  • Oversee daily center operations, organization, and administrative tasks

  • Identify problems, improve processes, and step in wherever needed to keep the center running smoothly

Qualifications:
  • Leadership, management, education, customer service, sales experience preferred

  • Strong communicator who connects well with parents, students, and staff

  • Takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through

  • Comfortable leading others and having direct, respectful conversations

  • Personality matters: We value attitude, character, energy, and willingness to learn—not just experience or technical skills
