Kumon offers individualized instruction to help each child develop his/her ability to the maximum potential.  The program also facilitates self-learning by working through Kumon's constantly evolving small-step worksheets.

The Kumon worksheets are designed for students from preschool to high school.

Job Description

This is a fulfilling and stable job for a student who needs part-time hours

  • working with preschool and elementary school students
  • going over phonics, sight words and blending
  • number counting and pattern recognition
  • explaining basic arithmetic facts
  • administering tests in both math and reading
  • helping students make corrections, if needed
  • record keeping, light filing and prepping student folders for next class
  • must be comfortable dealing with children
  • must be RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, DETAIL ORIENTED AND ABLE TO MULTI-TASK

HOURS: Mon & Wed only from 3-8 pm . Need a commitment to work on both Monday and Wednesday. Please email school schedule (if you are a college student)
