Company Description Kumon Math and Reading of Woburn offers structured math and reading programs designed to build confident, independent learners. The center provides personalized instruction that is tailored to each studentโ€™s abilities and learning pace. Sessions are typically held Monday through Thursday starting at 3 PM, giving tutors and students a consistent schedule for academic growth. Families can schedule a free assessment to understand their childโ€™s current skill level and receive a customized learning plan.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Tutor role located in Woburn, MA. The Tutor will support students in Kumon math and reading curricula, guide them through worksheets, and reinforce foundational skills in a calm, structured environment. Daily tasks include monitoring student progress, offering clear explanations, correcting work, and providing constructive feedback to strengthen independence and confidence. The Tutor will help maintain an organized learning space, communicate student performance to the center instructor, and follow Kumon methods and guidelines consistently. Evening and after-school availability, particularly Monday through Thursday, is expected.
