The Franchise Consultant provides support to Franchisee Instructors. The FC inspects and verifies compliance with company standards for instructional quality, operational and financial key measurements, brand appeal, general maintenance and safety. Works with potential franchisees to guide them through the training process and prepares them to open their Centers successfully. Develops assigned market areas through the development of existing centers and the opening of new centers.

***While this role is remote the candidate must be able to travel within the territory will include Northern Kentucky, Louisville, Lexington, some of Indianapolis, and possibly Dayton.***

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Road Warrior: Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
  • Previous multi-unit service management preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experience preferred
  • -_Traveling Expectation: The candidate will be expected to visit/ be on site for meetings usually within after school hours from 3:30-7:30PM, 3-4 days per week within the designated area and visit the identified franchise locations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee roughly 20-30 locations
  • Perform frequent evaluations and follow up visits to ensure compliance with company goals
  • Increase operations standards through guidance and training
  • Provide sound advice to increase Center profitability and performance
  • Assess regional market conditions to ensure competitiveness and build brand awareness.
  • Evaluate local competition and create branch level strategies for franchisees to maintain a competitive edge
  • Consistently monitors branch and center level performance for trends, outliers and best practices
  • Assist Franchisees with all aspects of new center opening process within predetermined timeline
