Job description

Salina Regional Health Center, in Salina, KS, is now seeking one BE/BC Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family Medicine physician to join our hospitalist team!

  • Work as a designated nocturnist 7 pm to 7 am 
  • Enjoy the balance of community, family & career with a schedule of 7 days on/ 7 days off
  • Team oriented atmosphere
  • Nine hospitalists on staff with two designated nocturnist and nurse practitioners
  • Average patient encounters are 14 -16 
  • TEACH! Salina is home to KU School of Medicine-Salina and Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency
  • Open to J1 and H1 Visa candidates who have completed an American residency! 

About Salina Regional Health Center

  • Level III trauma center with 8 operating rooms
  • Certified for 365 beds; average census is 150-160
  • Patient tower built in 2010 with 100% private patient rooms with lifts
  • 18 bed, open ICU, renovated in 2013 with intensivist coverage
