Job description

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to CMs, Corporate personnel and other Strata departments as needed or required. Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and site personnel daily. Perform administrative functions such as communications, data processing and document control. The Site Administrator must be organized and possess strong communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative task in support of the Construction.
  • Maintain project folders/records;
  • Manage all aspects of per-diem for assigned site;
  • Coordinate, prepare and distribute reports utilizing Microsoft Office and KRONOS systems;
  • Obtain detailed reports and documents using the Viewpoint and Project Web applications;
  • Manage project directory and distribution lists;
  • Manage KRONOS profiles for assigned site;
  • Prepare documents associated with Construction;
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports for self-perform teams;
  • Writing, proof-reading and editing documents;
  • Prepare badges for new arrivals on assigned site;
  • Generate, send and receive emails, letters, packages, etc.;
  • Prepare daily reports (headcounts, workforce attendance)
  • Track weekly/monthly attendance and worked hours of internal/external staff;
  • Review labor invoices for errors;
  • Process pay corrections;
  • Assist in project onboarding;
  • Manage office inventory;
  • Coordinate site visits;
  • Assist in rollout of policies and procedures;
  • Assist in special projects;
  • Other duties as assigned by the Construction Admin Supervisor and Director of Construction

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in construction environment is preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to travel for work
  • Must have ability to communicate clearly
  • Must possess strong computer skills
  • Must have administrative experience
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

The majority of this work is performed in an office environment and requires travel/overnight stays. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 30 pounds.
