Job Title: Time and Attendance Administrator
Location: Alexandria, KY 41001
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Time and Attendance Administrator to support Finance and HR operations by maintaining accurate timekeeping records and ensuring compliance with attendance policies. This role plays a key part in managing the No-Fault Point System, generating reports, and handling documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and analyze reports from HR systems such as Workday and Kronos

  • Distribute and track disciplinary actions related to attendance

  • Maintain accurate records for time, attendance, and light-duty tracking

  • Electronically scan, file, and organize team member documentation

  • Collaborate with all departments and levels of leadership

  • Respond to team member inquiries regarding attendance policies and procedures

  • Assist HR in ensuring compliance with attendance-related protocols

  • Provide plant supervisors with documentation needed to support team management

  • Support data entry, account management, and documentation filing

  • Verify employee records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with other departments

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 3 years in an administrative or time and attendance role

  • Systems Proficiency: 1 3 years' experience with Kronos, Workday, and Microsoft Excel

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred)

  • Computer Skills: Strong Excel skills and proficiency with general computer systems

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Soft Skills: Dependable, self-sufficient, and able to work independently

  • Other: 10-key proficiency preferred
