Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and shadowing I-9/E-Verify processes.
• Maintain and update employee records within HRIS (Preferred but not required), ensuring strict confidentiality and data integrity.
Payroll processing- timekeeing
Alphabetizes and files documents into our file cabinet system
Scans and organizes employee documents onto computer according to subject matter, etc.
Shreds scanned documents after completing necessary verifications
Assists as needed with audits, ranging from bills to employee information
Records performance, incidents, and attendance into employee overviews.
Performs other evolving Microsoft Office and HRIS duties/projects as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
