Job description

Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager ( 11065)
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid - 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Interview Process: Two Rounds of Virtual Interviews
Relocation: Candidate must currently reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate before the project start date at their own expense.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP/Kronos project management activities in a public sector environment.
  • Maintain and enhance the Kronos Timekeeping application including functional support, troubleshooting, and exception handling.
  • Lead implementation of Kronos Advanced Scheduler replacing legacy post/duty roster systems.
  • Serve as the primary communication lead for Kronos-related initiatives across the organization.
  • Evaluate Kronos releases, enhancements, and defect fixes while coordinating deployment strategies.
  • Lead testing efforts including test planning, execution, defect triage, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Design and develop Kronos dashboards, reports, data views, HyperFinds, and statistical reporting solutions.
  • Manage Kronos business structures, permissions, personalization, and access controls.
  • Support and maintain SAP/SCEIS and Kronos system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and execute corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor Kronos system performance, time clock connectivity, and overall operational stability.
  • Coordinate with Kronos Global Support (KGS) for issue resolution and deployment activities.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, executive leadership, and technical teams to support operational objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication activities throughout implementation cycles.
  • Gather business requirements and define business rules, policies, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure successful execution of full lifecycle SAP/Kronos implementations.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP Project Management in the Public Sector
  • 3+ years of experience with Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management solutions
  • Experience with SAP/SCEIS integrations
  • Experience leading enterprise application deployments and support activities
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing testing, deployment, and production support activities
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and system configuration
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment
