Job description

Description

We're hiring!

Two's Company is looking for a NetSuite OneWorld Administrator to join our team in Elmsford, NY.

At Two's Company, we believe the people behind our systems are just as important as the systems themselves. We're a close-knit, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together - and we're looking for someone who feels the same way.

About Two's Company

At Two's Company, we bring beauty, style, and inspiration to life through our industry-leading collections of home decor, fashion accessories, and gifts. As a recognized leader in the gift and decorative accessory wholesale market, we are known for our distinctive designs and commitment to quality.

Two's Company is a family-owned business with decades of success built on creativity, integrity, and strong relationships - values that continue to guide how we work every day.

NetSuite OneWorld Administrator

This role sits at the center of a rich, heavily customized NetSuite OneWorld environment - one built up thoughtfully over time to reflect the real complexity of how our business operates. We're talking deep Suite Flow automations, custom records and forms, and an extensive reporting and saved search library, all running across multiple subsidiaries and a growing ecosystem of third-party integration partners. If that sounds like the kind of environment you want to spend your days in, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You'll join an existing admin who knows our platform well, reporting directly to our VP of HR + Operations Mgmt. That means a knowledgeable peer to work alongside, real access to leadership, and the kind of collaborative support that makes doing good work feel achievable every day. We're not looking for someone to figure it all out alone - we're looking for someone to grow with us.

 What You'll Do

Co-own day-to-day administration of our NetSuite OneWorld environment alongside your admin counterpart, including multi-subsidiary configuration and intercompany transactions.

Manage configuration changes across fields, Suite Flow workflows, roles and permissions, custom record types, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.

Support and monitor our third-party integration partner ecosystem, coordinate with vendors and consultants on enhancements and new builds.

Provide responsive end-user support, training, and documentation that drives adoption across the organization.

Partner with the VP of HR + Operations Mgmt. and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective NetSuite solutions.

Lead your portion of release preview testing and keep the business running smoothly through each upgrade cycle.

Maintain user accounts, access controls, and roles in line with security best practices.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration; NetSuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary) experience strongly preferred.

Deep working knowledge of Suite Flow, custom records and forms, saved searches, and role-based permissions.

Experience managing third-party integrations connected to NetSuite across areas like e-commerce, EDI, payments, or warehouse management.

Solid grasp of core ERP modules - GL, AP/AR, Banking, and familiarity with NetSuite CRM.

A collaborative, team-first mindset with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-directed and dependable in a hybrid environment; you don't need to be managed; you need to be challenged.

NetSuite Administrator Certification and a degree in Information Systems or Business are both a plus, not a requirement.

Why Join Two's Company

  • Be part of an iconic brand known for design excellence and innovation
  • Work with a supportive and collaborative team that values creativity and integrity
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and subsidized travel expenses
  •  Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility and balance
