Responsibilities:
  • NetSuite ERP Administration & Development: Serve as a primary administrator and technical owner for the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including custom records, workflows, scripts, and forms.

  • Process Optimization: Build, document, and continuously improve global financial system configurations, processes, and internal controls to drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Multi-Entity Management: Configure metadata, dimensions, security, roles, and permissions across entities. Support multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary operations.

  • Financial Systems Integration: Configure and maintain integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and other enterprise applications, including Salesforce, payroll systems, banking platforms, treasury applications, HRIS platforms, CRM systems, data warehouses, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud services. Develop and monitor automated data pipelines and troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Reporting, Variance Analysis, Departmental Reporting, KPI Dashboards, Executive Scorecards, Global Consolidated Reporting, and Operational Metrics.

  • Data Governance: Maintain financial dimensions across reporting environments, ensure consistency and accuracy across the NetSuite ERP platform, and support master data governance initiatives. Improve data quality through validation and reconciliation processes.

  • Finance Partnership: Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to improve financial processes, support monthly close cycles, enhance management reporting, and develop executive dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT teams globally to ensure financial systems are integrated into business operations. Document system designs, business processes, and technical configurations, and provide training and support for business users.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing NetSuite ERP (OneWorld).

  • Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes.

  • Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld environments.

  • Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial operations.

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

  • Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics tools.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams in a flexible and adaptable manner.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex systems issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics Workbooks and SuiteQL.

  • Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow for supporting integrations and automation.

  • Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce or other enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and global financial reporting requirements.

  • Experience supporting SaaS or multinational organizations.

  • NetSuite or Oracle Cloud certifications.
