New opportunity with a Digital & Instore Media Company as an Account Leader to be the driving force behind expanding and accelerating business with both new and existing customers. Representing the company's market-leading digital and in-store capabilities, you will directly influence the ongoing growth and success of our organization by building trusted partnerships with high-profile retail clients. This position is dedicated to one of our top strategic retail customers, Kroger, where you will play a crucial role in continuing to drive business forward across all retail categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships & Drive Growth: Manage and expand a book of business while delivering results

Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at one of our most strategic retail clients. Ensure your accounts thrive by consistently meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
Client-Centric Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of tailored digital and in-store campaigns. Use data, insights, and forecasting models to build compelling, customized solutions that address your clients' unique business needs.
Business Development: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities

Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals and showcase how our Omni capabilities can deliver tangible results.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Finance to uncover new growth opportunities. Elevate client proposals by combining our vast resources with your strategic thinking.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a proactive approach to managing your business, including regular reporting and forecasting. Share insights on opportunities, account status, and closed deals to ensure continuous growth and development.
Key Qualifications:
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods (CPG) industry, preferably within advertising or sales promotion agencies

A deep understanding of the CPG and retail landscape is essential.
Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and profit goals in a B2B environment, with a track record of managing and growing both existing and new business.
Fearless & Driven: Tenacious in the pursuit of new opportunities. Motivated by success and ready to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results and be rewarded for it.
Strategic Thinking: Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data (e.g., IRI/Circana, Nielsen) to build data-driven selling stories and solutions.
Strong Negotiator: Adept at creatively negotiating deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Influence & Communication: Confident communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
