Job description

 
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management. This role is Bilingual.
The main role is to lead the Product Roadmap and support various request related to product as well as overall business.
The role needs constant communication with Top Management and BM(Business Management) Team, as well as the Sales Team that are both Builder(National, Regional, Distributors) and Luxury(Dealers).
One of the major role is to lead the Cross-over process for any large and small sized RFP. In order to do so, he/she needs good knowledge of product and competition. (Kitchen Packages, Laundry sets, etc)
He/She needs to be diligent in main R&R, given tasks as well as be able to support other Teams within the Business Division that can include Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product Planning, Operations.
 
PM Requirements (Credentials)
 - Must have product or business management experience (Sr. Manager Level)
 - Leadership experience (Team Leader, Task Leader)
 - Korea / English speaking is highly recommended (to properly communicate with US Team as well as Korea HQ(R&D, Product Planning, Sales, Design
- Overview of Builder/Luxury PRM & Product Strategy, Sales Tool Development Management
- Top Down (Large Developer Project, Report, Competitive Market Analysis)
- Builder NPI Management - Lifecycle/ Market sensing / VOC gathering / Communication
