Tides is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to help lead and elevate operations across Pinky’s and Koko’s, while supporting Roasted and Banquets. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Director of F&B and restaurant General Managers to execute operational goals and company standards.
  • Support daily FOH operations at Pinky’s and Koko’s and jump in where the business needs you most.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure dining rooms, bars, patios, and service areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
  • Assist with staffing, labor management, scheduling, and shift execution.
  • Support inventory, ordering, product accountability, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Help implement SOPs, training programs, and operational improvements.
  • Lead during special events, banquets, promotions, and high-volume periods.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, health, and company standards.
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on floor leader who sets the tone for hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of restaurant supervision or management experience.
  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Confident leader with strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Excellent guest service instincts and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
