Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a small credit union. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and customer service processes of the credit union, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills.  A deep understanding of credit union products, services credit union culture, financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager in a financial institution. 
Responsibilities 
  • Oversee all customer service and operational aspects of a small credit union
  • Create operational goals and objectives. Resolve operations and customer service  related issues.
  • Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 Years Credit Union experience 
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
  • Deep understanding of credit unions and operations management
  • Ability to analyze, sell and cross sell products and services financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
