FT/ DAYS/ 80 hours per pay 

Summary of Position 
The Manager of Operations works in conjunction with the physicians is responsible for the daily operation of the center. The manager capitalizes on new business opportunities through marketing efforts and strategic planning. The Manager insures the delivery of efficient and effective care through effective human resources management and the implementation of administrative systems and policies. The Manager promotes the organization's mission and vision. 
Nature and Scope 
The manager is responsible for supervising staff FTE's on a daily basis and works with eight or more physicians in the management of the center.

Qualifications 
1. Associates degree required.
2. Three to five years' experience in an ambulatory health care facility preferred. 
3. Demonstrated success in dealing with physicians. 
4. Strong communication, financial, and analytical skills. 
5. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. 
6. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to thrive in a changing environment.
