Our Springfield, MO location is looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative (manufacturing background a plus!)

You will be traveling to customer locations in the United States to provide customer service and perform physical inventory counts approximately 2 weeks out of the month. Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers following the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Travel to U.S. customer sites.
  • Manage inventory physically and digitally.
  • Customer administration support, order entry, etc.
  • Working directly with the Midwest Regional Sales Manager.
  • Managing customer programs onsite (VMI).

Skills needed:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience.
  • Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
