About the opportunity

The RFP Program Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence questionnaires. This role serves as the central coordinator for enterprise proposal development, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely responses aligned with company positioning and standards.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Legal, Security, and Finance, driving structured, scalable proposal execution.

What to expect?
  • Lead and project-manage the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission
  • Assess requirements and build structured response plans, timelines, and ownership
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Finance)
  • Draft, edit, and refine responses for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Ensure alignment with product positioning, commercial terms, and company standards
  • Own, maintain and evolve the RFP knowledge base / content library
  • Track deadlines, risks, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time submission
  • Ensure compliance with technical, security, pricing, and contractual requirements
  • Support post-submission activities (clarifications, best and final offers, follow-ups)
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and process enhancement
What you need to be successful?
  • 3-5+ years in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, or solution engineering
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models strongly preferred
  • Experience with proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Arphie) a plus
