Job description

  • You will develop comprehensive maintenance work packages including labor and resource requirements, cost and duration estimates, materials, parts, tools, technical documentation, safety requirements, MOC documentation, and QA/QC needs
  • Manage procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, material reservations, vendor bidding processes, third-party service coordination, and material kitting to support maintenance execution
  • Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to prioritize, plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and efficient resource utilization
  • Partner with maintenance leadership to manage workforce loading, maintenance backlog, and planning support for turnarounds and major maintenance events
  • Further, you will facilitate daily and weekly planning meetings and support preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CMMS/EAM data, including work orders, equipment BOMs, master data, maintenance records, and backlog management
  • And you will review, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Consolidate maintenance notifications and work activities into optimized work packages to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and execution effectiveness
