  • Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, release planning, documentation, and change control.
  • Mentor other developers and help establish standards for source control, testing, security, observability, and maintainability.
  • Balance new development with modernization of existing applications and technical debt reduction.
  • Communicate project status, risks, options, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Demonstrated experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Git or Azure DevOps, IIS, debugging, logging, and production deployment practices.
  • Ability to review execution plans, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and make sound indexing and query-design decisions.
