Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Our state-of-the-art Kitchens department located in La Crosse, WI produces over 40 different food products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy everything from our soups, salads, sandwiches to our Pothole Pizzas. With our expansion we are now able to offer a variety of Take Home Meals and finished fruit and vegetable products, all prepared daily by our Kitchens team.
Join our overnight Kitchens Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Kitchen up to our high standards. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
  • Operate the COP tank, mechanical dish washing machine, and floor scrubber
  • Hand wash and machine wash equipment parts
  • Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the process area

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends working 9:00pm to 5:00am
Qualifications:
  • Accurate/detail oriented
  • Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
  • Willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks
  • Work in a fast paced production environment
  • Work in a noisy environment frequently
  • Work well alone/with others
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Read/follow cleaning labels/instructions
  • Work in a safety conscious environment

Physical qualifications: lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 60 pounds of force occasionally; work in temperatures of 45 to 70+ degrees F; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 40 pounds to 42 inches frequently; stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel/squat occasionally.

  • Rate of pay up to $25.00 per hour (base pay of $19.00 per hour plus additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour and Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday)
