Kitchen Prep Role

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As our restaurant continues to expand, so do the opportunities for YOUR GROWTH. The kitchen prep role includes responsibilities such as preparing salads, fruit cups, parfaits, and other cold side items.

*To meet high/day/4-day availability requirements, the team member must be able to work 36+ hours per week.*

Competitive Pay / Hourly Wage:

  • $16/hr for High Availability
  • $15/hr for Day Availability OR 4-day
  • $14/hr for Lunch Availability
  • $12/hr for Limited Availability

Kitchen Prep Position Responsibilities:

  • Chops, washes, and prepares all produce items
  • Assembling salads, wraps, parfaits, fruit trays, and any other cold prep items
  • Accurately weighs and counts each prep item
  • Move with URGENCY 
  • Always be ATTENTIVE, COURTEOUS, and FRIENDLY
  • Ensures orders are complete and accurate
  • Constantly cleaning and stocking areas in the restaurant
  • Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, and trash bins
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures
  • Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
  • Follow procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant leadership
