About the Role
General Hotels Corporation is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Line Cook to join Crowne Plaza Downtown Indianapolis Union Station. This position plays an essential role in delivering quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Line Cook, you will prepare menu items according to company standards while maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Assist with food preparation, portioning, and ingredient setup
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food products
  • Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
  • Support daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
