Heavy-DutyKitchen StewardThe primary responsibility of the Heavy-Duty Kitchen Steward is to clean all stoves, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment correctly and thoroughly. All duties are to be performed in accordance with TBC departmental and our Client's policies, practices, and procedures.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Deep clean all kitchen equipment safely, correctly, and thoroughly in accordance to TBC standards.Performs all tasks as per the standards.Operate the industrial dishwashing machine and other industrial cleaning equipment.Move equipment around to supply the various areas of the food and beverage department. Use of industrial strength cleaning chemicals required. Able to multi-task and be a team player. High standard of cleanliness and safety guidelines. Sweep, scrub and mop floors pressure clean as neededTransport garbage to compactors/recycling.
