Job description

Angela's Ice Cream is looking for a Production Manager/ Kitchen Manager to lead our East Petaluma kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a commercial kitchen, cares about consistency and quality, and wants to help shape what we make next.

What you'll do

  • Run day to day operations for the ice cream production team, including scheduling and training
  • Manage inventory: ordering, stock levels, waste tracking, and vendor relationships
  • Develop new ice cream recipes and flavors, from concept through production testing
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen
  • Keep production on schedule to meet demand across our stores and wholesale accounts
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they come up

What we're looking for

  • Experience managing a kitchen or food production team
  • Comfort with recipe development and batch scaling
  • Strong organizational skills, especially around inventory and ordering
  • A team leader who can train, motivate, and hold a crew accountable
