Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and hold BOH team members accountable to company standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of hourly kitchen staff.
  • Foster a positive, organized, and high-performing work environment.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and management team to address operational opportunities and team performance.
Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Manage BOH schedules and staffing levels to support service and labor goals.
  • Monitor labor, food, and supply costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and invoice accuracy.
  • Maintain all kitchen systems, logs, and operational procedures.
  • Support budget goals and company initiatives focused on profitability and efficiency.
Kitchen Operations, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout all kitchen areas.
  • Conduct routine food safety, sanitation, and operational audits.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Ensure proper product handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures are followed.
Guest Experience & Service Execution
