Janino’s Pizza is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our growing team. With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre. We are looking for a dependable leader who can help maintain high standards in food quality, kitchen operations, and team management.

Position Overview

The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure efficient workflow, maintain food safety standards, and lead kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for quality food and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Schedule and staff kitchen employees effectively
  • Train and supervise kitchen team members
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
