Kitchen Leader Job Description

Chick-fil-A Corinth is hiring a growing professional who wants to acquire leadership skills, start building their career, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. This includes culinary experience, business acumen, coaching, and overall leadership savvy.

Being our Kitchen Team Leader requires you to work in our fast-paced, high-volume store. Kitchen Team Leader helps to train and oversee the Back-of-House, and reports to the Kitchen Director for each shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Kitchen Director
  • Works the different kitchen stations throughout each shift
  • Models our high standard of excellence for our team and serves as an expert in the BOH
  • Ensures that the shifts in the kitchen are running smoothly
  • Assists with side-by-side training of new Team Members in the BOH
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Assists with inventory & facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the back of house
  • All other duties as assigned
