Are you ready for a hands-on role that keeps you moving, challenges your skills, and lets you travel across the Southwest? Innovative Installations, part of the Arizona Restaurant Supply family, is looking for hard-working, mechanically-minded individuals to join our installation crew immediately.
We install commercial kitchens across Arizona and beyond from local restaurants to schools and fire stations. If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Unload, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to install exhaust hoods, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret measurements, specs, and blueprints (we’ll train you!).
  • Travel to project sites across AZ and the Southwest (overnight stays required - we cover travel expenses + daily per diem).
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of construction, mechanical, or installation experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
  • Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and pushing 100 lbs.
  • Familiar with hand tools, forklifts, and working on job sites.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willing and able to obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
