We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Kitchen Director to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Woodburn. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and creating operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As the Kitchen Director, you will lead the Back of House team, create systems that drive consistency, and help build a culture where team members are challenged, supported, and developed. Your Impact
  • Lead daily Back of House operations to deliver exceptional food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
  • Develop, coach, and inspire a team of 25-30 Back of House Team Members while building future leaders
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Improve restaurant performance by implementing efficient systems, controlling food costs, managing inventory, and increasing productivity
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and Front of House leadership team to achieve shared restaurant goals
  • Take ownership of your department by identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively solving problems

Background Profile
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership or kitchen management experience (Required)
  • Experience leading teams of 20+ people in a high-volume restaurant environment (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Passion for developing people and leading with character, humility, and integrity
