Plan, order, and organize of merchandise. Train, coach and direct all associates that work within the specific areas of the Kitchen Place Department.   • Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain floor, shelf and Kitchen areas clean and up to sanitary standards.
  • Execute the Marketplace Sales Plan 100 percent.
  • Keep updated on all new planogram revisions, Marketing Bulletins, and notes and communication.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
