Job description

Experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer Wanted - Dream Kitchens is a well-established, full service remodeling company seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, creating beautiful spaces, and helping clients bring their vision to life.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of Kitchen & Bath Design experience
  • Proficiency in 20/20 Design software is required
  • Experience designing custom and semi-custom cabinetry layouts
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must reside within 25 miles of Leominster, MA

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to understand project goals, style preferences, and budgets
  • Design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchens and bathrooms
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and cabinetry layouts using 20/20 Design
  • Assist clients with selections of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and finishes
  • Prepare project proposals and estimates
  • Coordinate with other designers, manufacturers, vendors, and member of our installation teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the remodeling process
