Assistant Manager – Dash InPay: $22.50 - $27.75/hr. + $1.00/hr. for overnight shifts worked
Status: Full-time 30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible
Schedule: 24/7 retail environment (days, nights, weekends, overnights)

What you’ll do
As a Kitchen Assistant Manager, you’ll lead daily food service operations while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure food quality, availability, and a clean, welcoming store environment.
  • Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, people-focused team.
  • Drive Sales & Inventory: Grow food sales, manage inventory levels, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain standards and ensure readiness for guests and inspections.
  • Oversee Food Safety: Lead food safety and compliance efforts, ensuring ServSafe standards are upheld.
  • Support Store Leadership: Step in as acting Store Manager when needed.
What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years of food service or retail management experience (or equivalent).
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic business acumen, including P&L understanding and business math.
  • Comfort using technology and POS systems.
  • Willingness to travel for training.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
