Description

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of menu offerings to support guest service and assist team members as needed.
    • Support front-of-house operations by stocking and replenishing service areas, including ice, glassware, silverware, table settings, condiments, garnishes, beverages, and other supplies required for efficient service.
    • Set, clear, clean, and reset dining tables, bar tops, and service stations before, during, and after service in accordance with company standards.
    • Assist bartenders and servers by delivering food and beverages, maintaining bar inventory, changing kegs, stocking beer coolers and refrigeration units, and ensuring all bar supplies remain adequately stocked throughout the shift.
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by washing glassware, cleaning equipment and work areas, removing trash and recyclables, and sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment.
    • Demonstrate a sense of urgency while providing exceptional guest service and supporting smooth restaurant operations during all service periods.
    • Assist with dining room setup changes, including the movement and arrangement of tables and chairs as directed by management.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and supervisors while maintaining a positive and professional presence on the restaurant floor.
    • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately, efficiently, and in a professional manner.

    • Verify food orders for accuracy, presentation, and proper garnishes before leaving the kitchen.

    • Communicate with servers, bartenders, chefs, and supervisors regarding guest requests, special instructions, and order modifications.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo lines, dining areas, and side stations.

    • Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.

    • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed during food handling and transportation.

    • Support banquet, special event, and high-volume operations as assigned.

    • Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all company policies and procedures.

    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

    • Follow all company policies, procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations, and perform other duties as assigned.
