LPN Compensation (1099):

  • Hi-Tech / Complex Care Visits: $35.00

  • Routine Follow-up Visits: $30.00

Territory: Central Palm Beach County: West Palm Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.

  • Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising RN.

  • Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.

  • RN Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising RN.

What You Need:

  • License: Active Florida Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

  • Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.

  • Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

  • Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
