Position: Head Instructor

Job Overview:

Youโ€™ll lead a team of engaged professionals that have a passion for fitness and helping our members feel empowered!! As a Head Instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:

  • Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.

  • Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they arenโ€™t.

  • Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.

  • Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in every workout.

  • 5-10 administrative hours per week.

  • Being a team player.


Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and schedule Instructors alongside the Studio Manager.

  • Manage, develop, evaluate, and execute the performance of all KickHouse Fitness Instructors and train staff for continued success and future growth.

  • Regularly attend training and bring learnings back to the coaching staff for implementation.

  • Attend KickHouse classes a minimum of once a week.

  • Work directly with the Studio Manager to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.

  • Promote the studio and the KickHouse brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain a regular cadence of meetings and training with the studio team to ensure continued development, establish goal setting, and monitor completion of goals.

  • Execute and coordinate marketing efforts through demos and pop-ups (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach).

  • Responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIโ€™s): utilization, attrition, and conversions.

  • Meet or exceed personal goals as well as studio total goals.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civil networking, and collaboration.


As a Head Instructor, You Have:

  • A current/active fitness certification from an education company approved by KickHouse
