About the role
HealthFitness is looking for dynamic and passionate Group Fitness Instructors to join our vibrant team at a premier client site in Plymouth, MA. If you love motivating others and creating high-energy, results-driven experiences, this is your moment to shine.
In this role, you'll lead fun, safe, and effective group fitness classes that keep participants coming back for more-think dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training, and more! Whether you're pumping up the playlist or building a supportive fitness community, you'll play a key role in helping members reach their goals.
This is a flexible, as-needed teaching opportunity, perfect for instructors who thrive on variety and want to make an impact on their schedule.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $20/hr - $35/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
