Parts Counter Specialist – Crowley Kia

Crowley Kia is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our growing Parts Department. This role can lead to advancement opportunities in parts management, inventory control, wholesale parts sales, fixed operations leadership, and other dealership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership software to accurately specify parts.
  • Process invoices, returns, special orders, and warranty-related parts transactions.
  • Support service technicians by ensuring timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-ready.
  • Provide professional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Build product knowledge through continuous manufacturer and dealership training programs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous automotive parts, dealership, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership systems.
