Marketing Coordinator

North Park Lexus | San Antonio • Dominion • Rio Grande Valley


Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and elevating the North Park Lexus brand across San Antonio, Dominion, and Rio Grande Valley. This position is responsible for managing website user experience and backend functionality, executing creative advertising initiatives, developing and deploying email marketing campaigns, and leading social media strategy and execution across all rooftops.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a keen understanding of Lexus brand standards. All marketing, creative, digital, and communication efforts must strictly comply with the Lexus Marketing Covenant and all applicable Lexus corporate marketing guidelines. The ideal candidate balances creativity with compliance while using data and insights to continuously improve performance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & User Experience (UX)

  • Manage the backend functionality and daily content updates of the North Park Lexus websites for San Antonio, Dominion, and RGV
  • Maintain a refined, intuitive, and brand-consistent user experience across all rooftops while accommodating market-specific needs
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory presentation, promotions, banners, landing pages, and calls-to-action
  • Coordinate with third-party website vendors to execute updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct regular quality-control audits to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and compliance
  • Ensure all website content strictly adheres to the Lexus Marketing Covenant, digital standards, and brand compliance requirements

Advertising & Creative Development

  • Create digital and print advertising assets using Canva for use across all three locations
  • Coordinate creative development and execution with contracted third-party agencies
  • Manage timelines, approvals, revisions, and deployment of creative assets by rooftop and campaign
  • Ensure all creative assets, messaging, typography, imagery, and disclaimers fully comply with Lexus Marketing Covenant standards
  • Maintain consistency in Lexus brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all markets

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Create, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns and email blasts supporting sales, service, events, and dealership initiatives
  • Coordinate messaging across San Antonio, Dominion, and RGV, ensuring consistency while allowing for market relevance
  • Develop subject lines, copy, and visual layouts aligned with Lexus brand tone and hospitality standards
  • Ensure accuracy of offers, pricing language, disclaimers, dates, links, and segmentation through detailed review and testing
  • Confirm all email communications meet Lexus Marketing Covenant requirements prior to deployment
  • Track performance metrics and support continuous optimization

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Fully manage all social media platforms for North Park Lexus across all three rooftops
  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy and content calendar with location-specific customization as needed
  • Create original content including graphics, captions, campaign concepts, and short-form content ideas
  • Ensure all social media content complies with Lexus Marketing Covenant standards, including brand voice, imagery, language, and offer disclosures
  • Monitor engagement, respond professionally to comments and messages, and escalate guest concerns appropriately
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize reach and engagement across markets

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization (GA4)

  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement across all rooftops
  • Support analysis of campaign performance related to website, email, and social media initiatives
  • Assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance digital performance and guest experience
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Help translate data insights into actionable marketing improvements

Brand Stewardship & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a brand steward for North Park Lexus, ensuring Lexus alignment across website, email, social, advertising, and analytics
  • Partner with leadership, sales, service, and external vendors to support promotions, events, sponsorships, and community initiatives across all locations
  • Maintain organized brand asset libraries including approved templates, logos, fonts, imagery, and messaging
  • Assist in documenting marketing processes and compliance best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across rooftops

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experiences in a marketing coordinator role working with graphic design, social media and website platform management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance reporting
  • Google Analytics / GA4 Certification
  • Strong social media experience across all platforms with business platform management
  • Graphic design abilities for print ads, social media posts, poster graphics, signs, fliers, etc...
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality-control mindset
  • Demonstrated experience working within corporate brand and compliance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and marketing governance
  • Proficiency in Canva for creative and ad development
  • Experience managing website content and backend systems
  • Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Strong written communication skills with a refined sense of tone and messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines across multiple locations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
  • Capable to occasionally work on projects within or outside the office that requires moving boxes, assembling products, lifting and carrying equipment and managing marketing inventory.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid digital advertising, and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity or will easily learn website back end management and vendor ecosystems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in luxury retail, automotive, hospitality, or multi-rooftop organizations
  • Photography, short-form video, or content editing experience
