Where media strategists and activation specialists harness the power of content, intentional placements, and outcomes-based buying to drive exceptional performance. Better than what we've ever experienced.
Our best-in-class, never-paint-by-number approach to omnichannel and media planning and activation delivers efficiency and amplify successes for our diverse set of clients.

  • Represent media leadership in senior client meetings, reinforcing Fingerpaint's strategic value and differentiated approach

  • Model exceptional client service and accountability, setting the standard for teams

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Associate Media Directors, Supervisors, etc., ensuring strong leadership, accountability, and performance

  • Build and sustain high-performing teams through effective staffing, coaching, feedback, and career development

  • Partner with senior leadership and Operations to manage resourcing, workload balance, and long-term talent planning

  • Establish clear expectations for quality, consistency, and strategic rigor across media deliverables

  • Partner Strategy, Innovation & Integration

  • Own senior-level relationships with key media partners, guiding negotiation strategy, innovation opportunities, and value creation

  • Stay ahead of evolving media, ad tech, and marketing trends, translating new capabilities into actionable client opportunities

  • Champion integrated media approaches in partnership with Creative, Account, Analytics, and Strategy leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement across media processes, tools, and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Job Requirements
