Le gestionnaire principal de comptes commerciaux - Canada est responsable de maintenir et de developper les relations avec les principaux clients commerciaux de Goodyear au Quebec, tout en favorisant une croissance strategique. Profil recherche

  • Baccalaureat ou, a defaut, plus de 10 ans d'experience en ventes, chaine d'approvisionnement ou gestion de categories.

The Senior Commercial Account Manager -Canada is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Goodyear's largest commercial customers in Quebec while driving strategic growth. This role focuses on managing key accounts, increasing sales, and aligning operations across both organizations to support business objectives. The incumbent oversees dealer, original equipment (OE), and bus transit sales, ensuring achievement of sales targets, growth in Share of Account (SOA), and retention of Goodyear as a full-service supplier. Additionally, the role involves representing the full range of commercial products and services, collaborating with customers through the S&OP cycle, and providing executive leadership with regular, high-level business updates.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and business insights, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management

  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.

  • Bilingual in French and English. Communication required with Goodyear Canada Inc. Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Headquarters in Akron, Ohio.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, communication, and presentation, combined with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

  • Solid business acumen, including financial understanding, sales metrics, and pricing analysis.

  • Self-driven and adaptable, with ability to work remotely and travel as needed for business activities.
