As a part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Strategic Growth Account Sales Team. 

As an Account Executive II for our Strategic Growth Account clients, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts valued between $250K-$1M annually, by identifying key decision makers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a dynamic sales and sales enablement team to achieve sales targets and create meaningful business relationships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction. 

  • Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and establish strong, enduring relationships with them. 

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership. 

  •  Overall vision, goals, and strategy to support and grow portfolio of accounts.  

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals by researching information about the customer’s business as well as their buying habits. Conduct thorough needs assessment with each customer to understand how they are using Lands’ End products and uncover new sales opportunities and other buyers within the company. 

  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that client needs are met and that client feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements. 

  •  Proactively manage the sales process, from initial contact through negotiation to closure. 

  •  Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to maintain and expand within existing accounts.  

  •  Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. 

  •  Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline. 

  •  Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team. 

  •  Act as a subject matter expert on Lands’ End products and services, providing in-depth product knowledge and support to clients. 

  •  Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. 

  •  Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related field 

  • Proven track record of success in sales and client satisfaction, with a focus on Mid-Market clients. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 

  •  Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 

  •  Self-motivated, results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets, and capable of working independently or collaboratively 

  •  Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite 

  •  Willingness to travel as required. 

  •  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 

  •  Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
