ABOUT THE ROLE

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing remittance partnerships across core high-volume corridors, particularly within the US, Africa & Emerging Markets.The role focuses on driving inbound FX flows, increasing transaction volumes, and maximizing revenue contribution from key IMTO and aggregator partners.


The ideal candidate will own partner performance end-to-end, ensuring strong relationship management, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting commercial initiatives that enhance partner value and retention. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Paga's position across key remittance corridors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing IMTO and aggregator partners.
  • Drive corridor transaction volume and revenue growth across key markets.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Support commercial negotiations and partnership renewals.
  • Provide monthly corridor performance and insights reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner integration and experience.
  • Ensure high partner retention and continuous engagement.
