The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to help expand Ironwall into new industries while growing our market share and footprint. This role is critical to scaling our organization and supporting our next phase of growth.
You will work closely with our exceptional marketing team in a full-stack sales and business development role, engaging targeted prospects, driving new subscriptions, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with targeted prospects at qualified organizations
  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle using outbound calls, email campaigns, and marketing-driven programs
  • Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Attend industry tradeshows, private events, and dinners to generate and follow up on leads
Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience selling technology-based services or SaaS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable demeanor
  • Comfortable conducting business primarily via phone and email
  • Proven experience selling to decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Office productivity tools and online research techniques

  • Benefits:
  • 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance (no employee premiums) 50% paid for Dependent's
  • Generous vacation and holiday schedule
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Casual but professional in-office work environment
  • Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
