Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience
  • Prior Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or health plan account management experience supporting large commercial, public sector, or regional employer clients with responsibility for client retention, profitability, and growth.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex pharmacy book of business and serving as the primary strategic advisor for clients with 5,000+ covered lives.
  • Proven success leading pharmacy renewal strategy, negotiating complex client solutions, supporting RFP activities, and delivering consultative presentations to executive‑level client stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams including pricing, underwriting, operations, clinical pharmacy, and medical account management to develop and implement client‑specific pharmacy strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify pharmacy cost‑saving opportunities, improve client outcomes, and drive profitable growth through data‑driven recommendations.
  • A Pharmacy License or experience in the specialty pharmacy, PBM, or managed care pharmacy industry is strongly preferred.
