What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections of all trucks and trailers
- Lowboy driving experience hauling heavy construction equipment, loading, securing, unloading, & transporting equipment/materials in safe + efficient manner to various job sites
- Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order
- Maintain accurate driver logs per DOT regulations and complete all required Kerr Contractors documentation
- Follow all safety and site-specific requirements
- Active movement throughout work shift
- Balance and maneuver on various surfaces
- Climb safely in and out of truck cab
- Frequent bending and reaching during load securement
- Valid Class A CDL
- Basic construction equipment knowledge
- Prefer 1-2 years Flatbed/Lowboy/Tractor Trailer experience
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements a plus (not required)
- Background check (candidates with prior records welcome)
- Drug screening
- Clean driving record
